- Pneumatic Assembly Tools: Calibrated digital torque wrenches for motor mounts, frame pivots, and axle nuts to guarantee exact manufacturer specs.
- Battery Aging & Testing Chamber: Capable of simultaneous load testing and thermal management monitoring for up to 500 high-capacity lithium battery packs.
📦 Warehousing & Container Logistics Scale
Efficient warehousing and high container throughput ensure your seasonal inventory arrives on schedule without bottlenecks:
1. Raw Material Storage (Inbound): Dedicated climate-controlled storage holding Shimano drivetrains, Tektro brakes, motors, and frames for up to 10,000 units, protecting electronic components from moisture.
2. Finished Goods Buffer Warehouse: Holds up to 3,000 fully packaged export cartons, allowing rapid container staging and loading.
3. Container Loading Bay: Capable of loading up to 4x 40HQ ocean containers simultaneously to meet peak season demand surges in Q2/Q3.
