🚨 Common LCD Display Error Codes & Solutions
Use this quick-reference table to diagnose electronic system alerts on Qlife E-Bikes:

| Error 21 | Current Abnormality / Overcurrent | Check controller connections. Ensure motor cable is fully seated. Replace controller if error persists under load. |
| Error 22 | Throttle Abnormality | Ensure throttle spring rebounds properly. Check throttle connector plug for bent pins. Replace throttle assembly. |
| Error 23 | Motor Phase Line Error | Check the heavy waterproof motor main cable connector. Inspect phase wires for signs of melting or pinching near the axle. |
| Error 24 | Motor Hall Sensor Error | Check the motor cable connection. If connection is secure, test Hall sensors or replace the motor core. |
| Error 25 | Brake Cut-off Sensor Error | Check brake levers. Ensure they return to fully open positions. Unplug left/right brake sensors sequentially to isolate the faulty sensor. |
| Error 30 | Communication Disconnection | Main wiring harness communication failure. Inspect the main green 5-pin display connector. Inspect wire routing inside frame for damage. |
