Thanks to our 8 strategically located warehouses in California and New Jersey, we ensure that your orders are processed quickly and delivered efficiently to your storefront or your customer’s doorstep.
⏱️ Fulfillment & Transit Times
- Order Processing: Standard stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays).
- Estimated Transit Time:
- West Coast & Mountain States: 2 to 4 business days (dispatched from CA warehouses).
- East Coast & Southern States: 2 to 4 business days (dispatched from NJ warehouses).
- Midwest States: 3 to 6 business days.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with leading national carriers to offer the best shipping rates and safest handling:
- Parcel Shipping (Single Bike / Small Orders): Shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email address automatically upon dispatch.
- LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) / FTL (Full-Truckload) Freight: For bulk pallet orders, we utilize major freight carriers.
- Note: Liftgate service is available upon request if your storefront or warehouse does not have a loading dock or forklift.
- Drop-shipping Delivery: Orders can be shipped directly to your end-customers. Packages will arrive in standard Qlife retail packaging (neutral packaging is not available).
📦 Delivery Inspection & Claims
To protect your business from transit damage, please follow these guidelines:
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Before signing the delivery receipt (BOL for freight), please inspect the outer box for any visible damage.
- Document Issues: If you notice major damage, take clear photos of the box and product immediately, write "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt, and refuse the shipment.
- Report to Us: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage so we can file a claim and arrange for replacements or spare parts.
❓ Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No, because e-bike boxes are oversized and contain lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military bases.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
Our standard shipping rates only apply to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). For shipments to HI, AK, or PR, please contact our B2B team for a custom shipping quote.
