We provide different wholesale pathways depending on your business size and stock requirements:

US Warehouse Stock (Ready-to-Ship):
- MOQ: 1 Unit. We support 1-unit sample orders and ongoing Drop-shipping (Note: Shipped in original Qlife packaging with logo; neutral packaging is not available).
- Mixed-Model Orders: You can mix and match different Qlife models (e.g., Spark, etc.) in a single order to meet your shop’s inventory needs.
OEM & Factory Direct (Bulk Production):
- MOQ: 1x40HQ Container (Approx. 80-216 pcs depending on the models). Custom branding, colors, and spec configurations are available for container-level orders.

Getting your wholesale shipment is simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Account Setup & Verification
Submit your dealer application. Once our sales team verifies your business license / Tax ID, we will activate your wholesale account.

Step 2: Submit Your Order Request
Log in to your wholesale account to place orders online, or send your Purchase Order (PO) spreadsheet directly to your dedicated sales representative.

Step 3: Proforma Invoice (PI) & Payment
We will issue a Proforma Invoice with final wholesale pricing and local shipping costs. We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Credit Cards, and major secure business payment methods.

Step 4: Warehouse Dispatch & Tracking
Orders from CA or NJ warehouses are dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Tracking numbers (FedEx/UPS or LTL freight carrier details) will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.

Where are your warehouses located and how long does shipping take?

We operate 8 local warehouses across the US, including strategic locations in California (CA), New Jersey (NJ), and Pennsylvania (PA). Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and domestic delivery to your shop typically takes 3-8 business days via FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight.

Are there any import duties, tariffs, or hidden fees?

No. Since our inventory is already cleared and stocked in our US warehouses, all shipments are domestic. You do not have to worry about customs clearance, import tariffs, or ocean freight. The price you see on our dealer portal is final.

Do you support dropshipping for our customer orders?

Yes, we support dropshipping directly to your customers. Please note that all shipments will be delivered in our standard Qlife branded packaging with our official logo. We do not offer neutral or unbranded packaging.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for dealers?

Our MOQ is just 1 unit for mixed orders from our US warehouses. This allows you to test different models in your showroom without heavy upfront inventory pressure. Volume discounts apply for larger batch orders (pallet or container load).

Can we sell Qlife e-bikes on third-party marketplaces like Amazon or eBay?

To protect the localized business of our brick-and-mortar dealer partners, we do not allow unauthorized listings on third-party online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. All sales should be conducted through your physical storefronts or your official dealership websites.

How do I place wholesale orders and get sales tax waived?

You can place your order directly on our website. If you are purchasing Qlife e-bikes for resale and wish to waive the sales tax, please submit your order but DO NOT PAY. Contact us on WhatsApp at +86 13631202587 and send us your Reseller Permit. Our team will verify it within 24 hours to waive the tax before you complete the payment.

Warranty & Technical Support

What is your B2B warranty policy?

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on core components, including the frame, motor, battery, and controller. Please note that B2B transactions are final and do not support buyer’s remorse returns, but we fully cover warranty part replacements.

How do we get replacement parts and tech support?

We maintain a dedicated stock of spare parts in our US warehouses for quick shipping. Additionally, we provide digital manuals, assembly videos, and direct access to our B2B service team to assist your shop’s mechanics with any troubleshooting.

Do you offer labor cost compensation for warranty repairs?
