Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy (B2B & Wholesale)

- No Returns or Refunds: All wholesale and B2B orders are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, slow sales, inventory buildup, or unsold stock.

- Shipping Damage & Defective on Arrival (DOA): Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer must inspect all packages immediately. Any shipping damage, missing items, or DOA issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (with detailed photo and video proof) at info.qlifebike@gmail.com. We will ship replacement parts or arrange a resolution at no additional cost.

- Manufacturer Warranty: All Qlife electric bikes are covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts for qualifying issues.

- Process for Claims: To file a warranty or shipping damage claim, please contact our support team at info.qlifebike@gmail.com with your Order Number, the Serial Number of the bike, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
